OUR JUNIORS
MM Technology runs its own junior program to support young talent in the world of racing. Currently, four junior drivers compete under our banner, actively racing on Czech tracks and consistently gaining valuable experience and promising results. The junior program represents MM Technology’s investment in the future of rally – and a way to shape the next generation of rally racers.

AUTOCROSS
A young driver making his mark in both autocross and rallycross. Representing MM Technology, he’s gaining valuable experience across different types of tracks.
Adam Hofman
KARTING
He competes in the Mini 60 category, where he secured an impressive 2nd place in the 2025 Czech Karting Championship (PAČR).
Lukáš Kotek
AUTOCROSS
The youngest face of the MMT junior program, Lukáš competes in the Racer Buggy 125 category. He consistently proves that racing runs in his blood.
